2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Buyer agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting inquiries or placing orders. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring adequate access to the property for installations.

• Securing permits or approvals if required in your region.

• Reviewing and approving quotes and scope of work before proceeding.

• Providing truthful site conditions to ensure structural compatibility.

 

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, price adjustments, or cancellation of service.

 

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

 

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on location, material availability, and tariffs. Full or partial payment is typically required before fabrication or installation.

 

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank transfer (ACH or wire)

• Business checks (case-by-case)

 

Final invoices must be paid according to the terms listed on your quote or contract. Late payments may be subject to a service fee or interest charge.

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION

 

Corella Agro makes every effort to meet agreed delivery timelines, but shipping and installation dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance or border delays

• Supplier shortages or logistical issues

• Acts of God or force majeure events

 

Buyer must inspect and report any visible damage upon delivery. Installation timelines may vary depending on weather, terrain, and access.

5. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS

 

Corella Agro offers limited warranties for certain materials and workmanship as outlined in your purchase contract. We are not responsible for:

• Structures damaged due to improper installation by third parties

• Modifications or unauthorized alterations after delivery

• Environmental catastrophes beyond design tolerance (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes)

 

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic documentation.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

 

Once production begins, cancellations may be subject to restocking fees or loss of deposit. Custom materials, fabricated parts, or labor costs already incurred are non-refundable.

 

If cancellation is made before production or procurement, a refund may be processed minus administrative or processing fees.

7. PROHIBITED USES

 

Buyer agrees not to use our Services:

• For illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• To replicate or resell our designs or materials without written consent.

• To submit false, misleading, or abusive information.

• To attempt unauthorized access to our systems or customer data.

 

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of service.
